Paid Up Letter

Good day Dimakatso Manyapye ,experienced very bad service from this company ,I paid them months ago they promised paid up letter,whenever I follow up I hear stories, I settled my Absa Peraonal Loan ,now I am unable to clear my name, they refusing to assist
