Paid up account in arrears

Hi . I've been provided with the opportunity to pay up my Sportscene account at a reduced cost on the 25th of June 2020. I decided to then pay up the account , and was told I'd receive a paid up letter once payment reflects . 2 months have passed and I am still waiting for this paid up letter . I've been nagging these guys from Hammond Pole for the past two months . Today they inform me that according to Foshini, the account is not paid up as R568.09 is still owing .

Now needless to say , I am not going to pay a cent as this issue is between Hammond Pole and The Foshini Group.

I need feedback please .
