NO UPDATE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I call Hammond and pole and asked for a settlement amount, and that they should cancel my debit order. But the ladies that i spoke to (with a very bad attitude) refused to cancel the debit order and told me that they are running a business. I have now paid-up both my Boodle accounts and need you to send me updated statements and a letter to say i do not owe you a cent. Your bullying is quite ridiculous and hope to never deal with you people ever again.
