No Settlement Letter

Good day My fnb credit card account was moved over HP Attorneys. I spoke to the consultant named Vusi to settle my account on a discount. I paid the full amount that I was told to pay by him. I see my FNB credit card still has an outstanding balance and I still have not received a settlement letter as requested. I have called and sent countless emails nothing as yet.
