No Service from Hammond Pole

Bad and/or no service from Hammond Pole Attorneys. I can't login to their portal to check my accounts. I sent several emails requesting details about my accounts. I have been paying monthly since 2016. One of my accounts was written off by the creditor in May 2020 byt I am still paying HP. The only time they contact me is when they want to increase payments. They used to send me txt and whatsapp message late at night threatening me to make payments although i have been paying since 2016. I can't complain about their service because you can't complain about something that does not exist. I emailed them this morning, again, and said I will stop payment until they get back to me
