No response

I was notified on the 11th of December by Florence Mashinini, on my settelment that I have with them on my wesbank account. I made the settlement payment on the 18th of December, I send the proof of payment to all the necessary people. Since then I have been trying to get a letter from them that confirms that my account has now been settled, but with no luck, I mailed and I have called but know one can help me and this Ms Mashinini person always seems to be unavailable.
