NO REPLY, NO COMMUNICATION, PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!

My MTN account was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys for collection. The arrears were paid fully on the 20th on June 2019. To date my services have not been restored, my number is still not working. I've tried numerous methods to get in contact with Hammond Pole Attorneys, but they don't answer phone calls! When they finally did, the person I was dealing with did not look after the account, Richard Mugadhi, does not look after it anymore. I was referred to someone else who also NEVER CALLED ME BACK. They finally responded on my Twitter complaint on the 15th of August. I dealt with Innocent Madisha. According to the arrangement made with MTN, my contract would be extended with a further 5 months and my sim would be activated. To date the sim is not working!!!!! When you call the number from another phone it rings but my actual phone does not receive the call!!!! I am tired and frustrated since it's a simple thing that cannot be resolved. Hammond Pole Attorneys do not live up to their tag line, IT'S A LIE!!!!! They simply do not respond to ANY COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!
