NO FEEDEBACK !!!!

I have 2 accounts with FNB which one I have settled on the 10/11/2015 and other I have R1k still owing, I called the office to find out if payment has been received I was told only about R4k they received which is impossible as I paid R11900 in total for these accounts? I sent them proof of payment but I am getting to feedback on this, I have called and no seems to help and other times I have to hold for close to 10/15min for someone! I<br> you are very quick to hassle me about payment but when I do actually pay and require settlement letter I don't get any feedback<br> I need urgent assistance <br> <br>
