No cooperation from Hammond Pole Inc

<p>I was handed over to Hammond Pole inc from Directaxis. I made arrangement with Hammond Pole to weekly deducted R150 from my bank account , which they made for over 2 months. The problem is that they don't update my payments at the various credit bureaus, as it shows that I made 9 months last a payment. I send a couple emails toThabiso at Hammond Pole but, she don't respond to my emails. I call their office also couple of times and they promise to call me back but they don't.
