No account for protection of personal information

<p>My MTN account was handed over to Hammond and Pole to which I have entered into a payment arrangement with them, however they continue to harrass me and on requesting an updated statement on my account from them they just give a total that doesn't make any sense at all. I requested a detailed breakdown on how they arrived at this, they have not been able to give this to me but have in the interim shared another persons summons, personal file and all private and confidential information and correspondance with me. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing! More importantly how many files or private records are being mixed up and shared. So much for POPI</p>
