Nedbank

Yesterday I received a call from the above mentioned company (Amanda) regarding my outstanding on NedBank account. I told them that I'm not well hence am unemployed today, which Nedbank is aware of. Then I said an arrangement can be made since I'm being helped by my kid, and Amanda demanded what I can't afford as an unemployed person. I even dropped an email to their ombudsman before and there wasn't any problem. She says she's doing her job as if I denied that. This morning I dropped her an email not to give problems to the people in the house since they're not involved, and made her aware that I'm not in that house - still she refused to listen to me.
