My dissatisfaction with HammondPole

Standard Bank recommended HammondPole to me to conduct my bond registration and transfer costs. I started this process in October, 2020. Its now April and I have still not completed the process. During that time, different people were given the matter to deal with so every time, it felt like I was starting over. a classic example will be today when I sent through an email requesting for updated information but never received any feedback. I find that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a company that was held in good stead, especially if referred to by Standard Bank. I will not recommend HammondPole to anyone, even after giving the them numerous opportunities to make things right, they have not. I know that my costs may compare to the many clients they get, but still, I am a customer paying for this service and am extremely disappointed and disgruntled.
