mtn account handed over to hammond pole attonerny

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>please assist my account was handed over to the hammond pole attonerys. ive arranged with them that they must deduct R500.00 from my account, they did the debit for the fist month and it took up to two months before it could it could reflect on the mtn account . i paid directly to mtn account and now its up to date i even got an upgrade of which i qualified for and im no longer on the areas.</p> <p> </p> <p>so hammond sends me emails that say i owe mtn an amount of about R457.91 and ive paid up. i sent them my staments from mtn account and i even the last proof of payment i did before the upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>please help me clear my name and send me a paid up letter that states ive paid it up, because i will have to send it to tranunion so that they can also clear my name ,</p> <p> </p> <p>the consultamt handling my account is SAMUEL MABOTJA he is trying help but not to his fullest .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
