Most useless and unprofessional legal firm!! They don't deserve to practice

I have had the worst service from this firm. They are unprofessional, ****** and do not care about anything. I was using the firm to sell my house. 5 months later the house is still not sold and all I get is excuses!! If I had a Rand for everytime they said we are preparing to lodge I would be a millionaire. The process has been a nightmare so much that I ended up doing all the admin myself. They could not get anything right from clearance certificates (that have now expired twice) to giving updates on the process. The matter has been escalated to the top and all I got from one of the directors was "I will give a formal response to your email by end of business tomorrow" that response never came. I am utterly disgusted by their service, lack of professionalism and compassion, this has been the worst experience.
