Most Horrifying Experience EVER

I have never in my life dealt with people this ***********. There is no feedback and when you phone and do what they advise you to do they still dont get back to you. I phone and follow up as much as I can and I am being told my requests are being processed and I need to follow up again in a few days. When I follow up again they never submitted my request. This has happened 2 times now. They dont do ANYTHING unless you phone and follow up. And when you do follow up you get screamed at for being unreasonable and I am treated so rude. I am disgusted. Why am I being screamed at for someone not doing their jobs???? Why must I beg someone to do their jobs after I paid a lot of money???? And then to be refused to speak to a manager???
