Many emails and promises and still being hounded - Dont read or follow up

After numerous emails explaining that the Vodacom outstanding amount of only R 360 is not for my account, but an error Vodacom made....I am still being hounded by these people. They don't read their emails....they don't call to discuss and I have to explain the same story over and over....so frustrating.
