Loan

Good day , I would like to complain about the bad service Hammond Pole is displaying. I have a loan with Capitec which I am happy to make arrangements with but Hammond pole has not shown me one ounce of customer service they have been sending me threatening sms's stating how I will be summons and sent to Credit bureau but not one of them has contacted me. I have sent them numerous e-mails to which they have provided [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but no one has responded. I called Hammond Pole this morning and after asking the lady for assistance to make payment arrangements she hangs the phone up, i tried calling again but the phone just rings *** .So i decided to contact Capitec bank today to complain about their lawyers service they have advised me to send it to their complaints department. Then a few minutes later Hammond pole calls me to threaten me again and telling me to pay R17 000 within 3 days. I would like this to be investigated as a customer who is willing to pay that account and not running away from it. There are lots of people out there who are committing suicide because of service like this .
