Legal *******...Hammond Pole Inc

FNB Credit card debt PAID up after this joke of a company was notified that I would be settling directly with FNB. Hammond Pole then went ahead and secured a judgement against me in the Gauteng North High Court in July of Twenty Sixteen. Firstly I would like to know when, where and how the summons was served as I have been living outside of South Africa in Mozambique since June Twenty Fifteen!! The amount in question was settled directly with FNB prior to the judgement. I have tried to get answers from Hammond Pole on this issue but as can be seen from all of the complaints they just dont care. As for the CFDC they are about as useful as a hole in the head, no respose to emails complaining about this theiving company.
