Lack of service and vision

I am totally disgusted with FNB handing over my account to Hammond, can’t even get hold of Hammond to discuss the nature of this incident. There was a iliicit debit on my FNB account by car rental company called Budget Avis, they debited my account ********ly and after two months with an amount of 12000 rands approximately which left my account in a negative if 8200, dispute lodged with FNB for the approximate amount of 12000 not resolved, but despite this, account been handed to Hammond Pole, DISGUSTING !!! I want my money back FNB, you are quick to take it from people, but to give it to people ? You sincerely and really disgust me, all three: Budget Avis, FNB and Hammond Pole
