Lack of communication

Last year I was unemployed to due unforeseen circumstances which led my personal loan with Nedbank to go in arrears. It was then handed over to Hp Attorneys this year for payment arrangements however, they haven't being sending me statements or telling me the amount that needs to be paid per month for my loan to reduce instead it is just accumulating interest.
