LACK OF ASSISTANCE
Is anyone ever available to answer my call? Everytime i call to get a statement on an account i apprently owe it always goes through to a voice log. Can someone please get me a statement so i know what is going on??!

Thank you for your mail. We have tried contacting you on your cell, but have not managed to get hold of you.
We have, however, in the meantime, requested a statement from Vodacom and will send it to you as soon as we receive it from them.
