Just another realy BAD experience

The reason for my frustration is a bond transfer that was initiated more than a year ago . After a year still no joy . Even the correspondent attorney firm asked me to follow up myself, due to their own frustration with Hammond Pole. I was confronted with irritation and no proper explanation for the time wasted, document losses and unnecessary delays. When staff is followed up, you receive only rudeness and denial .Email requests for feedback and assistance, are ignored with excuses of not received. Even a promise to phone back from one of the directors never materialized. <br> Hope I never have to engage with them on any level again .
