How wonderful is this service from Julliet a female agent.

I explain my situation to her and her response is that she could not assist me because she doesn't work with my account and when I asked for her name she dropped the call on me.

Just because it's time to go home, professionalism on the next level yay.

I phoned back and luckily got the same helpful receptionist, who provided me with the agents name.

Why was I billed an additional R800 on the 3rd September 2020 and why am I being billed for calls and sms's that I am not receiving when I am paying you guys monthly.

I paid you guys a R1650 already from a R2803.05 and my balance is still R2300 something are you being ridiculous.
