JUDGEMENT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!
Today I found out that I have a judgement against me from FNB, which has gone to the Supreme Court in Pretoria. I have never been served or informed of this. The judgement date was the 2015/05/15 in which case I couldn't even defend myself because I didn't know about the judgement being issued in court! A woman from your company contacted me in regard to money owing in the beginning of May, which I contested. She said she will email me the correspondence but never have! On 15 May 2015 I emailed your company requesting the information and again on the 19th of May. I also made numerous phone calls but no one ever answers! No I have a judgement on my name before even being granted the opportunity to defend myself!!!<br>
We confirm that a judgment has indeed been granted against you for an outstanding debt owing to our client on which no payments were received. The address used was the last recorded address information held by our client, which is acceptable to the courts.
Since the matter is no longer with our firm, you will need to contact the Bank in order to make suitable repayment arrangements.
