It does not get worse than this!

<p>My vodacom account is with Hammond Pole. A guy named Thulani phoned me and we agreed to payments over 3 months. He said once paid I would immediately receive my paid up letter and this account would be cleared. I made my third and final payment over 2 weeks ago and this person has still not sent my letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now tried to follow up for two weeks, but he avoids my calls. I have sent him 6 emails and he has not once rep****. I have treatened with Hello Peter and the Ombudsman, but he just does not care. </p> <p> </p> <p>I finally spoke to somene and they basically forced him to speak to me, he promised me I would have my letter before 12pm, that was a week ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now escalated this matter to his supervisor vi email, but honestly, i dont know if these people even care. </p>
