INSULTING Behaviour

I had the distinct displeasure to deal with these people today. Afterr eceiving harrasssing SMS's about a Nedbank account that I do not have, nor have any knowledge of. I decided to phone their offices, after frustratingly long wait intervals I eventually spoke to a lady with the name that sounded like Marsha, she was helpful and transferred me to a consultant who gave his name and surname so fast I could not understand it. I explained to him that I am getting these SMS's and after having to confirm my Identity number and cellphone number I was informed that they are looking for someone else. When I told him that I am feeling insulted and harassed by this action and is going to report it, he had the insulting reaction to laugh at me. WHO do these people think they are?.
