*********** staff..damaging client name on ITC

My Woolworths accounts was paid up a year ago.i recieved paid up letters i was informed that my ITC will be updated..these people have no interest in clearing up a person's name..instead they are more intrested in damaging a person's name...i have emailed and made enormously effort to get my name cleared on ITC whereby i even recieved replies that it would be done...in the meantime my name is so damed on ITC as even though i paid up my Woolworths accounts and recieved paid up letter it still shows an outstanding balance on my account and my credit report now is showing red flags..i am so stressed out and do not know where else or whom to connect with to rectify my situation...my point of view..this company does not know what their doinf and the employees together with the teamleader are earning nice salaries and are *********** for their jobs, if anyone can maybe advise me further what to do to get this fixed on ITC
