*********** staff, Unfair practice

The most *********** people i have ever dealt with, why big companies like Vodacom use a legal practice like this for debt collection I dont understand. I settled my account yet i cannot get them to close the file and send me a paid up letter, it has now been almost three months and the debt still appears against my name. The people there just dont get back to you, and then ignores my emails.
