I have requested a settlement figure for a temp loan that i have had with FNB and this was handed over to Hammond Pole attorney . I have that settlement in Nov and i have requested a paid up letter since then , i have made numerous call and sent emails and all was said is we requested for the letter , The account still reflects on Compuscan as active but this is closed , My credit rating is being affected and these people dont give a damn, I would like to egt some speedy reply or remove this of itc immediately.
