I have never come across a bunch of useless, clueless, uneducated, lazy people in my life. Do you actually pay these people a salary. They will call, i have True Caller app so i know it's you calling. As soon as you answer they put the phone down. Do you pay these people per call because you are been ********** buy you staff. Secondly i get an sms from these clowns saying that my cheque account has been handed over for collection. Breaking news.... i have been paying you monthly for over a year know. So i am not a new CUSTOMER. Over the past 5 days is have been constantly harassed about payment not received. I have spoken to 5 different people and non of them have updated the system with our conversations. So i have to start from scratch with each person. I have requested they supply me with an email address so that i can send them proof of payment. Even this has been an impossible task. People do your job. This is not a government department.
