INCOMPETENCE GETS NEW WINGS

Whilst in financial difficulty, I was harassed constantly by these people. Then , when I am prepared to settle the full amount - first I get different settlement amounts, and then false promises about a paid up letter!!! What a disgrace !!! They are in possession of proof of payment of the full account, quick to charge for picking up the phone - but I can hold on and wait until they feel its time to give me a paid up letter. They are worse than lawyers - what an embarrassment to the profession!!!
