Incompetence and harassment

This company continues to call me daily even after I have set a payment arrangement with them. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Each time I ask the consultants what notes they have on the system for me, they say nothing, which tells me that either their system isn’t working, or the staff are *********** in capturing notes for payment arrangements.

I refuse to answer any more of their phone calls. I’ve made a commitment to pay by a certain date and I will honor that. Enough with the harassment!
