Incompetence

I have an FNB account which was handed over to Hammond and Pole and I have since paid and the account is supposed to be closed but due to incompetence of Linda Ngwenya and his boss Anita, failing to respond to emails...the account is not closed and still accumulating interest. I want to know who will be liable for the interest as I have paid the outstanding balance.
