******* threats and ******* charges

<p>I had a call from their call centre - Mr Sandile - who was phoning about a Capitec Bank account. I advised that I had sent Capitec an email from attorneys the previous year to advise that the debt review company had closed - and that I am unemployed. He threatened me telephonically to say they dont care about these matters and I WILL pay. I requested that the account be placed on judgment as soon as possible to prevent unneccesary charges and he told me that they will do no such thing. I then got an sms to say I have avoided all calls and emails sent to me. I have not recieved any emails and I had only ever recieved 1 call which I accepted. Hammond Pole uses constant threats and likes to rake up rediculous legal fees for calls and letters that are not sent. The agent offered no means to resolve the matter as quickly as possible</p>
