i want my settlement letter

was referred by Cell C to Hammond Pole and i spoke to a lady by the name of Chantelle who said my account with cell c is closed and i told her i was referred by cell c to them, she then stated she will contact cell c and ge tback to me which was a friday morning, she never did so i called again and spoke to zandile who told my the same information that my account is closed i then requested a settlement letter which she said i will receive before close of business or monday latest gave me ref number hp*** for my enquiry monday came no letter i call again spoke to mrs Madisha who was an ass when i gave my ref he told me no letter will be received as account is not closed i'm like two people confirmed this already he then cut my call and transferred me again spoke to another lady and requested the previous agent they transferred me again i got chantelle again who then said there are no call recordings for all these calls(but i have a reference number) we then exchanged email i requested call recordings and till present nothing because they know that on the calls i was advised that my account was closed but they changed this information and stated that its not closed they running a circus of call center i want my letter.
