I have not contacted in time for my account

I took out a car with Standard bank due to financial crisis I couldn't pay my car in time as a result it was on arrears I contacted the bank to make arrangements with them and they never told me that my account was handed over ok its fine, To my suprise I got a call from my former land lord that I use to stay 3 years back when I bought the car telling me that there's a letter to my attention from Hammond Pole Attorneys I need to go fetch it that was the 8 of April 2015 mind you they do have my statements updated my new address they do have my cell phone no and email address but Angeligue never contacted me I called immediately on the 09 April 2015 I spoke to Denise who actually tried by all means to help and also emailed standard bank to stop legal Actions kept on contacting me but still waiting for feedback from standard bank on the 29 April I called again I was told I got a judgement on the acc I need to pay the whole settlement account and I got the email from Angelique Theunissen who was busy with my acc but never bothered to contact me even after I have been contacting them informing them that I received the letter I am willing to keep my account in order .
