After numerous phone calls and e-mails with all proof of payments showing that the amount due has been settled and requesting a statement showing that the outstanding money has been paid. I still have not received any correspondence and am still receiving calls and messages that there is still an oustanding amount due. Please can you sort out this account ASAP
