HP Attorneys unfair practice ( Careful)

In 2016, Nedbank took a judgement against me, of which , I was not aware of such. This was an extreme hindrance because I couldn’t get hired anywhere and remained unemployed.

In 2020, I received an sms from some attorneys about this Nedbank matter. I then made a follow up gave them my details they disappeared.

In April 2021, HP Attorneys started to harass me on a full time basis. Refuting that there is no judgement under my name I should pay them. I requested the statement, and formal communication. Nothing came through.

Today, they started their harassment project again. By the way , this is a prescribed debt and how do you take a judgement twice on the same matter.

I told them that I will be writing a complaint to NCR and helopeter. They told me they will grant a judgement on 30 September 2021.

Where are the summons to dispute them. NCR and Law Society what are you doing about this ? I have all the WhatsApp communication and sms text because they refuse to email.
