HP Attorneys - Printers or Attorneys?

The National Credit Act states that the debt collectors are not allowed to harass people. It seems like Hammond Pole Inc are harassing people left right and centre. There is also a Act called Prescription Act. Please read the Act and also please read the Debt Collecting Acts Hammond Pole Inc state that they are attorneys – sorry to say but what kind of attorneys are they?
