HP Attorneys practice what you represent

If it was up to me I wouldn’t even put a star for this company but unfortunately I can’t write anything without it.

I am currently having a very very bad experience with these people. I owed a retail store and they handed me over to them. I paid up the account on 28 August 2022 a paid up letter was issued but guess what this company is STILL deducting money from my account. These are small amounts of R100 so it’s now R400. Last month they sent me from pillar to pillar when I was trying to claim for R300 they deducted, I went to Foschini at Trade Route mall but they also referred me to HP Attorneys telling me it’s their bank account that still deducts money from me not them so I need to talk to them about it, I did exactly HP Attorneys came back and said all the monies have been sent to Foschini so it was a “he said she said” kinda thing and I got tired of making these calls I left it because they said everything was stopped so this won’t continue again.

Guess what? That was a lie this morning they deducted again from my account. HP Attorneys is robbing people because they think people won’t be aware of these transactions and I am tired of it. People need to be very careful after paying off their debts, always double check your accounts.
