HP Attorneys bad service agents

So, this morning I received a call from one of the collection agents, which started on a high. This guy is telling me about my Debts regarding a Direct Axis account further more he's telling me about the amount outstanding etc. right. so I tell him that ok I know I skipped 2 months he then goes and says can you or can't you pay the whole amount of 70k I said no, as I don't have that amount of money. I then told him that I'll make a payment this month, then this guy just lost it and said in a very rude manner that Ja why don't you pay pay your debts and I responded i didn't have money but I will sort it out this month. Then he goes "TELLING ME" that he's giving me 7 days to make a payment otherwise he'll deal with me "WOW" is that the way people do debt collecting now, when was power bestowed to them to demand people telling them how to pay. As I'm also a peoples Manager I promise you that I do not allow such behavior. I hope that HP Attorneys can deal with this.
