Extremely rude people. They call and everytime I want to answer they put the phone down. I am aware that I owe them money but then they put a finale letter of demand out. They do have all my details not once have they tried contacting me via email before the finale letter of demand. How am I supposed to arrange a payment if no one answers the phone. Then the people call and are rude as hell shouting at me without understanding peoples situation. After paying the full amount I requested a settlement letter from them on the 2nd of Feb to this day I am waiting for a settlement letter. They will come back to me saying that I owe more money. Extremely unhappy they are quick to demand money and being rude but can't even send a settlement letter.
