Hp Attorney , unprofessional , untrained , rude staff who seem to get a kick out of harassing people

During the Covid pandemic , i app**** for a 6 month grace period of my home loan , extended to a further 3 month , making my first payment the 1st feb 2021 , of which i have paid , also paid March so i am up to date . A few month ago HP Attorneys called me saying they represented Nedbank and were following up my arrears on my home loan , i explained to them that i was up to date and that they should refer to Nedbank . Since then they have called me every day , sometimes up to 3 Times a DAY , always a different person so i have to Re explain the situation and repeat myself , I have pointed this out to them yet they seem to either not care or not understand , 2 of them have been blatantly rude . I have been harrassed by this company which i am now handing over to MY attorney , along with my itemized billing to validate my claims .
