Horrible treatment by Hammond Pole

Good morning

I am so incredibly disappointed by the way I have been treated by Hammond Pole.

1. I was sent a summons on an account that I had been religiously paying every month without fail. (This caused major stress in my life causing my health to deteriorate)

2. After my account was paid up in full I was subjected to being harassed and threatened with legal action even though I had honoured my agreement in every way. (The stress from this second struggle negatively affected my ability to focus on my work and badly affected my income as I work on commission)

3. I eventually received acknowledgment of my payment but no one has had the decency to send me the paid letter that I require for SARS even though I have made numerous attempts to get it via email and over the phone. (This is just making me angry as its pure negligence on Hammond Pole's side. It just shows that once the company has it's money it doesn't care to send one small piece of paper that might not mean anything to Hammond Pole but to the client who has paid their dues it means everything.
