Hopeless situation!

If I could send them no stars I would. They are uttterly impossible to work with. They neverr update you on anything . They have no emapthy whatsover with the people who are genuingly trying to do the right thing. I have read the reports on this website - they do not respond to anything. I do understand that people in debt might be a little hostile - but what about the many others who wnat to do what is right only to be faced with a solid brick wall? If you consider the number of complaints that they recive each day - most of which are very similar to mine - well I have decided to ignore them. I havbe printed out all multiple corresponance that I have received and filed it as proof that I did my best. Sorry FNB - but if you are going to work with such incompetencey then - what can you do? I would suggest that all those who read my message read others to - they are all simailar.
