Harassment from HPD Attorney on behalf of Direct Axis

I have taken a loan with Direct Axis. I lost employment during the pandemic and didn't make payment for 4 months. Direct Axis did nothing to assist me as a customer and as soon as i gained employment i started paying again. The arrear for those 5 months of non payment are crazy and when i tried to settle the outstanding arrears my emails and settlement was ignored. I also asked if they could readjust the term of the loan to absorb the 5 months missed and have got no response. I am harassed monthly by Hammond Pole Attorneys. Direct Axis cannot help to resolve this issue and constantly refer me to HPA. I am receiving zero assistance but for legal letters monthly increasing my outstanding money. I don't agree with the rate of interest charged and will be going to the ombudsman to report this is no joy is received. I have always paid my accounts and considering i lost employment and even tried to offer a settlement in July this year which was ignored is unbelievable.
