Harassment for issue that was resolved half a year ago!

I am being continuously harassed by Hammond & Pool, attorneys for Vodacom for an issue that was (should have been) resolved in December already, as per ref # 1- ********** ********** .

All emails send to both Vodacom and Hammond & Pool explaining the situation seem to disappear into thin air, because the threatening emails just come rolling in.
