Harassment for a paid up account, staf is the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with!!

Harassment for a paid up account, staf is the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with!! I paid my account 3 months a go but I still get harassed i have phoned this I have send the proof of payment but is being ignored! Eventually spoke to someone at HP attorneys just to find out that the amount I had to pay was R200 les then the amount they have send me!! And after mentioning it I’m know being ignored they don’t even take my calls !! it’s still not sorted out, what must I do !!!!! Don’t recommend them to NO ONE
