Harassment !!!!!!

After making arrangements and making monthly payments we are now getting harassed by these people... We have been making payments every month and now they are phoning us and demanding extra payments, after we made a payment again this month, they still phone and say they have not received a payment... This is unacceptable. Check your systems before phoning people and upsetting them...
