Hammond Pole - Where is my money!

My Vodacom account was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys and I have made payments to them EVERY MONTH, now they advise me that the account is no longer with them.

This means that they took my money and just disappeared with it. This is so wrong on so many levels. I have emailed them numerous times as well and they don't even answer me.

Terrible Attorneys, would not recommend anyone to do business through them.
